Long time, no talk!

Hey there and happy 2008!

We are so sorry it has taken so long to update the blog. Life is running at a hectic pace and there are a lot of pictures to upload and stories to tell....when we can catch our breath. But, in the meantime, here is an update on our lives:

Mitzi surprised me on my birthday by taking me on the Sopranos bus tour throughout North Jersey and New York. We met Gay Vito, sat in the booth where they shot the last scene, and even visited the Bada Bing! We felt like we were "part of the family." We ended the day in Chinatown stuffing our face with dim sum, along with one of our favorite people, Brittany! PICTURES TO COME!

We kicked off the new year with good friends and more good Italian food (where are my TUMS?). Our friends, Jill, Craig, Adrienne, Richie, David and Meri broke bread with us at this awesome Italian hole in the wall, and then Adrienne and Richie hosted a party afterwards. It was a wonderful way to welcome what will be the best year of our life.

So far, the year has been a blur as we are moving forward with all of our wedding prep. WE PICKED OUT OUR CAKE----and were on a sugar high for most of the weekend! And today was very exciting as my folks bought me my tuxedo.....It's all coming together....May 4th here we come!

I promise we will post the pictures as soon as we can. In the meantime, Seussical opens next weekend and runs for three weekends at The Grand Theater in Williamstown, New Jersey. Michael plays the emotionally challenging, gut-wrenching role of "Mr. Mayor." For ticket information and showtimes, visit www.roadcompany.com .

Finally, a BIG BIRTHDAY HUG to Fay, the woman who brought a lot of "Joy" into Michael's life when she gave birth to the woman of his dreams.
